Job Description:

Intimate Toy specializes in the sales and distribution of novelty products across Nigeria and has been in operation for over six years, with multiple outlets in Lagos and Abuja.

It is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a position in Ikeja, Lagos. Applicants must reside in Ikeja or its environs.

The ideal candidate should be smart, competent, eager to learn, and ready to grow with the organization. Proficiency in social media management, as well as basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.

• Manage social media accounts and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

• Build strong, sustainable relationships with team members and the line manager.

• Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Update the sales sheet daily.

• Attend to walk-in customers efficiently.

Requirements:

• Applicants must reside in Ikeja and its environment.
• Applicants should posses effective communication skills.
• Abiility to multi task and work under pressure.
