Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Sales Personnel to anchor the growth engine of a Reputable Pharmaceutical Company in Lagos. In the hyper-competitive healthcare market, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize product knowledge with the clinical precision required for Lead Generation, relationship management, and territory expansion. This role is designed for a "Commercial Architect" with an OND/HND/BSc and 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Sales Grit" (navigating Lagos routes and meeting targets) with the "Diplomatic Agility" required to handle professional inquiries from medical practitioners and facility managers.

Requirements:

1. Territory Orchestration & Growth Governance

  • Promotion Sovereignty: Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals and pharmacies, ensuring every interaction acts as a "Source of Brand Trust."

  • Expansion Architecture: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."

  • Relationship Stewardship: Build and maintain high-fidelity connections with existing customers, providing the "Operational Foundation" for long-term loyalty.

2. Operational Resilience & Market Logic

  • Target Sovereignty: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets with clinical focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Velocity."

  • Trend Architecture: Monitor competitor activities and market shifts, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for management feedback and strategy adjustment.

3. Financial Integrity & Professional Power

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
