Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Ikeja. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales department, responsible for optimizing our sales processes, managing our technical infrastructure, and leading a high-performing team to drive organizational growth within the Nigerian automotive market.

Requirements:

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement streamlined sales and customer-related processes. Continuously audit and improve existing practices and policies to enhance both internal customer satisfaction and employee productivity.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain high levels of data quality and ensure consistency across all sales and marketing systems.

  • Strategic Analysis: Analyze complex sales data to derive actionable insights, executing strategies and measuring their impact to support high-level decision-making.

  • Tech Stack Management: Oversee the organization’s overall sales tech stack, ensuring seamless operation and integration of platforms such as Salesforce.

  • Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales operations team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0–5 years of professional experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in managing sales technology platforms, with a specific requirement for experience in Salesforce.

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams; excellent interpersonal skills are essential for effective cross-functional and international collaboration.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

₦200,000 - ₦250,000/month
