Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Operations Officer to join our team in Lagos. This role is pivotal in streamlining our sales processes, driving efficiency, and supporting our sales team in achieving market excellence.

Requirements:

• Strategic Lead Management: Spearhead lead generation efforts and manage the appointment booking process.

• Sales Enablement & Training: Deliver comprehensive training to staff on product knowledge, market dynamics, and operational processes to ensure peak sales performance.

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement effective "go-to-market" models for new product launches and targeted marketing campaigns.

• Operational Efficiency: Optimize lead handling, transaction workflows, and time management for sales representatives.

• Talent Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of the sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven professional background in Sales Operations or a closely related field.

• Process Expertise: A deep understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle and the ability to provide robust support to sales departments.

• Data-Driven Insights: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable improvements for our processes.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated success in working across various teams to streamline onboarding and reporting procedures.
