Job Description:

• Market and sell the company’s food products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to expand the client base.

• Conduct regular field visits to generate orders and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Consistently achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor inventory levels, report on sales performance, and provide timely market insights.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient product delivery and high customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company at trade shows, product activations, and promotional events.

• Stay informed on competitor activities and recommend strategies to enhance sales performance.

Requirements:

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or food industry

• Strong communication and persuasive selling abilities

• Solid understanding of sales strategies, customer service, and local market routes

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Possession of a valid driver’s license is an added advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Growth in sales volume and revenue

• Acquisition of new customers

• Frequency of repeat purchases from existing clients

• Timely submission of sales reports

• Effective market coverage and client interaction
