We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience to join our automobile division.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, developing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer experience while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a range of vehicles to potential customers through showroom visits, referrals, and field sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain knowledge of current automobile models, specifications, and competitive offerings in the market.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service pre- and post-sale to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in automobile sales or related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for automobiles and knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
