Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and persuasive Sales Officer to anchor our commercial growth on the Lagos Mainland. In Nigeria’s most vibrant trading hub, success is defined by "Market Penetration", the ability to proactively identify prospects, articulate value with precision, and convert leads into long-term loyalists. This role is designed for a "Results Architect" with an OND/HND/BSc who can blend "Consultative Selling" with the "Operational Grit" required to meet aggressive weekly and monthly targets.

Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Brand Visibility and Revenue Growth." You will be the primary engine for our sales funnel: responsible for delivering high-impact presentations, conducting rigorous lead follow-ups, and monitoring competitor movements to keep our strategy sharp. If you possess "Strong Negotiation Skills," a background in Marketing or Business, and the ability to thrive under pressure, we want you to drive our market sovereignty.

Requirements:

1. Prospecting & Conversion Sovereignty

  • Active Sourcing: Identify and approach high-potential customers, utilizing a "Hunter's Mindset" to promote company products and services across the Mainland.

  • Lead Orchestration: Rigorously follow up on all inquiries and leads, employing persuasive closing techniques to transform interest into confirmed sales.

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional, data-backed presentations that speak directly to customer needs and pain points.

2. Relationship Architecture & Retention

  • Customer Diplomacy: Build and sustain robust relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring we remain their preferred service provider.

  • Service Intelligence: Provide expert product information and handle customer inquiries with a focus on "First-Contact Resolution" and satisfaction.

  • Database Stewardship: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and customer interactions to ensure a transparent and actionable CRM.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Synergy

  • Competitor Tracking: Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to provide the marketing team with the "Ground-Level Intelligence" needed to refine sales strategies.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare high-fidelity sales reports for management, highlighting wins, challenges, and forecasted revenue.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work synchronously with the marketing team to align sales tactics with broader brand campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service is a distinct advantage.

  • Technical Savvy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern sales tracking tools.
