Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Officer to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth within our Lagos depot territory. In this role, you will be the front-line ambassador for our products, responsible for managing existing customer accounts, aggressively scouting for new business, and ensuring our sales targets are consistently met. Requirements:

• Sales Execution: Drive daily sales volume within the assigned depot territory to meet and exceed monthly targets.

• Business Development: Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities to increase our market footprint.

• Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, gather competitor insights, and provide feedback to the management team to help refine our sales strategies.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports detailing activities, achievements, and challenges in the field.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Maximum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the FMCG, manufacturing, or depot operations sectors.
