We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Identify and onboard corporate clients, partners, and bulk riders
- Design promotional materials and customer acquisition programs
- Support driver recruitment campaigns in collaboration with Operations
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing spend
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Must have 3–5 years experience in sales and marketing (mobility/logistics/tech preferred)
- Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
