Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Sales & Marketing Specialist to anchor the commercial engine of our Lekki operations. In the premium real estate and corporate landscape of Lagos, success is defined by "Climate Tech Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize advanced cooling technologies with the clinical precision required for Technical Advisory, Presentation Excellence, and Revenue Growth. This role is designed for a "Market Architect" with 5–10 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (explaining HVAC specifications) with the "Negotiation Agility" required to close high-value contracts in Lekki Phase 1.

Requirements:

1. Revenue Orchestration & Growth Leadership

  • Sales Sovereignty: Promote and drive the sales of air conditioning technologies with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Generation."

  • Growth Architecture: Identify and penetrate new client segments in the Lekki axis, providing the "Structural Foundation" for company expansion.

  • Negotiation Stewardship: Execute high-stakes deal closures using elite communication and negotiation skills, ensuring the "Source of Commercial Profitability" remains robust.

2. Technical Resilience & Client Logic

  • Advisory Sovereignty: Support clients with high-fidelity technical information on air conditioning products, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Confidence."

  • Service Architecture: Manage client relationships with an elite customer-service mindset, ensuring "Zero-Friction" from initial inquiry to final installation.

  • Problem-Solving Stewardship: Identify and resolve client concerns or technical bottlenecks with clinical focus, providing the "Source of Service Integrity."

3. Brand Integrity & Analytical Power

  • Presentation Sovereignty: Deliver high-impact product presentations to corporate and individual clients, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Authority."

  • Analytical Architecture: Utilize analytical abilities to monitor sales trends and competitor activities, optimizing the "Source of Market Intelligence."

  • Communication Logic: Maintain a highly presentable and professional image in all client interactions, utilizing 5–10 years of expertise to maximize the "Source of Institutional Credibility."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related commercial field.

  • Experience: 5–10 years of proven work experience in sales and marketing (HVAC or premium technology experience is a strategic advantage).

  • Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and high-level communication capabilities.
