Job Description:
- The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- We are looking for a dynamic professional with solid FMCG experience and a strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase company revenue and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience in Sales and Marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of wholesale and retail market operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
