Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and commercially driven Sales / Marketing Executive to anchor our business expansion in Jabi, Abuja. In the heart of the FCT’s commercial hub, success is defined by "Conversion Velocity", the ability to identify high-value prospects, articulate a compelling value proposition, and close deals that drive organizational growth. This role is designed for a "Business Development Architect" who can blend "Persuasive Communication" with the "Networking Grit" required to navigate Abuja’s diverse corporate and private sectors.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Brand Visibility and Revenue Achievement." You will be the primary engine for our sales funnel: responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and securing new business through strategic proposals and negotiations. If you possess "Strong Interpersonal Skills," a target-oriented mindset, and the "Social Intelligence" to excel in networking environments, we want you to drive our market sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Business Development & Lead Orchestration
Market Hunting: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within Jabi and the wider FCT, utilizing a "Hunter's Mindset" to expand the client base.
Conversion Management: Direct the process of transforming prospects into active clients through rigorous follow-ups and persuasive engagement.
Lead Generation: Systematically generate high-quality leads through research, outreach, and multi-channel marketing activities.
2. Relationship Architecture & Retention
Client Diplomacy: Build and sustain robust relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted ambassador for the company’s services.
Engagement Governance: Execute proactive follow-up strategies to ensure client satisfaction and secure long-term, repeat business engagement.
Networking Sovereignty: Represent the company at professional events and outreach activities to increase brand equity and identify strategic partnerships.
3. Marketing Intelligence & Proposal Design
Strategic Sourcing: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities, providing management with actionable "Ground-Level" feedback for growth.
Proposal Engineering: Prepare and deliver professional presentations and business proposals that speak directly to customer needs and pain points.
Negotiation Leadership: Support the commercial discussion phase, utilizing strong negotiation skills to close deals that meet company targets.
4. Activity Reporting & Collaboration
Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, lead pipelines, and closed deals, tracking progress against established KPIs.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure the "Sales Promise" is delivered seamlessly to every client.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND, or NCE.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development is essential.
Location: Based in or able to operate effectively within Jabi, Abuja (FCT).
