Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Uyo. In this role, you will be the face of our consultancy, responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and executing digital marketing strategies that elevate our brand within the hospitality sector.
Requirements:
Business Development & Sales
Pipeline Management: Identify and prospect new clients, including hotels, restaurants, bars, resorts, event centers, and hospitality investors.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media engagement, and strategic field visits.
Consultative Sales: Promote our comprehensive suite of services, including Hotel/Restaurant Management, Staff Recruitment, Marketing Services, Staff Training, Setup/Pre-opening Services, and Operational Audits.
Closing & Negotiation: Schedule meetings, deliver compelling presentations, prepare professional proposals, and negotiate service agreements.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
Campaign Execution: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
Content Creation: Produce high-engagement content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp to grow our digital footprint.
Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the hospitality industry.
Events: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, trade fairs, and networking programs.
Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Relationship Building: Foster long-term partnerships with new and existing clients.
Customer Excellence: Ensure seamless communication, conduct satisfaction checks, and coordinate internal solutions to address client concerns.
Retention: Actively encourage repeat business and generate referrals through exceptional service delivery.
Reporting & Brand Representation
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate sales records, update the CRM database, and track campaign performance analytics.
Reporting: Prepare and submit consistent daily, weekly, and monthly performance and market intelligence reports.
Ambassadorship: Represent the company professionally at industry conferences and events, ensuring all materials align with brand standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing—ideally within the service or hospitality sector.
Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in social media management, strong organizational abilities, and a data-driven approach to sales.
Salary
