Job Description:

• Achieve a minimum of 100 device sales per month
• Ensure quality sales and maintain high performance standards
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports
• Conduct weekly team meetings (virtual) to discuss progress and strategies
• Recruit DSRs to join the team daily to expand sales
• Identify potential team leads with the ability to sell 50 devices or more per month

Requirements:

• Proven sales management experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and necessary technology.
• Strong recruitment and team-building abilities
• Results-driven and target-focused
