Job Description:
- We are seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Managers to drive sales growth and market expansion for our range of ceramic and porcelain tiles across key markets in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and project customers.
- Promote and effectively communicate product features, specifications, and applications to customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Coordinate sales activities with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Visit dealers, distributors, project sites, and customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and customer engagements.
- Build long-term customer relationships to support sustainable business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant sales experience (10 years is an added advantage).
- Proven experience in the building materials industry.
- Strong experience in the sales of ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, vitrified tiles, or related building materials.
- Good understanding of the Nigerian building materials market.
- Strong product knowledge and awareness of competitor products.
- Experience managing dealer networks and project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Experience in the ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, or building materials industry will be a strong advantage.
Salary
