Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Manager to lead our Chemical & Laboratory Division in Ikeja, Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence in the industrial chemicals, laboratory equipment, and water treatment sectors. You will lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate strategic partnerships with key decision-makers, and drive sustainable revenue growth across sectors including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and oil & gas.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Sales Growth: Spearhead the sales of industrial chemicals, advanced laboratory equipment, and tailored water treatment solutions to high-value corporate clients.

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business leads within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, research, and energy sectors.

  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term, profitable relationships with procurement heads, lab managers, and other critical stakeholders.

  • Technical Sales Advocacy: Craft compelling technical proposals, accurate quotations, and professional presentations that effectively highlight our value proposition.

  • Performance Leadership: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while providing mentorship and supervision to field sales officers.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Deliver comprehensive performance insights and sales reports to management to guide strategic decision-making.

Salary

N450,000 - N500,000 per month.
