Job Description:
- As a Sales Manager at Zenytal Properties, you’ll be a vital part of our growth engine, identifying prospects, converting leads, and managing the full customer journey with professionalism, empathy, and results-driven focus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Identify, source, and pursue sales prospects through referrals, networking, events, CRM platforms, and digital outreach.
- Maintain and nurture a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Stay informed on real estate trends in Lagos and strategic zones.
- Report on sales metrics, competition, and feedback to management.
Collaboration & Growth:
- Work closely with marketing, CX, and growth teams for coordinated campaigns and leads conversion.
- Represent Zenytal at property expos, seminars, and networking events.
Client Engagement & Property Promotion:
- Educate and guide clients through Zenytal’s offerings — land and housing investments with verified titles, flexible payment options, and high ROI.
- Host property site visits with professionalism and insights.
Sales Negotiation & Closure:
- Present compelling sales proposals, offer tailored to client needs.
- Skillfully negotiate and facilitate transactions until signing and handover.
Client Relationship & Support:
- Foster trust through transparency, integrity, and responsive service.
- Ensure smooth post-sale support and client onboarding.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related discipline.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, persuasive, and client-focused.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales with strong negotiation and closing track record.
- Remuneration: N900,000 Monthly (Including Performance-based commissions and bonuses tied to targets.)
- Ongoing real estate training and career development.
