Vantegral Consulting - Our client is looking for experienced candidates to lead their sales function, expand their market presence, and build strong relationships with clients and partners in the capacity below:

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
  • Coach and mentor team members to build a high-performance sales culture
  • Provide sales insights, forecasts, and performance reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or gadget retail
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
