Job Description:
- We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the hotel's sales efforts, grow key accounts, and increase revenue across rooms, events, and ancillary services.
- This role is ideal for a proactive hospitality sales professional with a strong network in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities — corporate accounts, MICE, and leisure segments.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximise repeat business.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and packages.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 4 – 7 years of sales experience, ideally within the hospitality or service industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage a pipeline.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
