Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Sales Manager to anchor our energy engine in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. In the rapidly expanding Nigerian solar sector, success is defined by "Renewable Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity field execution (cold visits and street promotions) with the clinical precision required for channel development, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This role is designed for a "Market Architect" with 1–3 years of experience in the PV or energy storage industry who can blend "Field Grit" (resilience to outdoor work) with the "Analytical Agility" required to track competitor trends and local policy updates.

Requirements:

1. Field Orchestration & Penetration Governance

  • Execution Sovereignty: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Nigerian market, ensuring every street promotion and cold visit acts as a "Source of Revenue" for PV and energy storage modules.

  • Prospecting Architecture: Identify potential distributors, installers, and end-users with clinical focus, acting as the primary "Source of Growth" through proactive presentations and high-stakes negotiations.

  • Volume Stewardship: Drive aggressive sales targets for new energy products, ensuring the "Economic Velocity" of the brand is maintained across the Port Harcourt cluster.

2. Channel Resilience & Relationship Logic

  • Channel Sovereignty: Support and maintain existing local dealer networks, ensuring proper product display and providing the "Foundational Training" necessary for their success.

  • Partnership Architecture: Seek and report potential new distribution partners, assisting in initial discussions to act as the "Source of Expansion" for our regional footprint.

  • Customer Diplomacy: Engage customers directly to provide professional product solutions, ensuring high-quality after-sales service that serves as the "Source of Repeat Business."

3. Market Intelligence & Synergistic Power

  • Analysis Sovereignty: Monitor Nigerian energy trends and competitor activities with millimetric focus, providing high-impact market reports that serve as the "Analytical Foundation" for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 1–3 years of robust offline sales experience in solar energy, PV, or energy storage industries.

  • Market Knowledge: Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the Nigerian market environment.

  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or Renewable Energy.
