Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing and well-connected Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Abuja, Kano, or Lagos. This is a strategic role for an experienced professional who understands the dynamics of the food distribution industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging your existing network, managing client relationships, and ensuring consistent market penetration. If you are a results-oriented leader who thrives under pressure and has a proven track record of meeting ambitious sales targets, we want you to spearhead our market expansion.
Requirements:
Market Growth: Drive aggressive sales initiatives to increase our market share within the food distribution sector.
Network Utilization: Leverage your existing client list in your assigned region (Abuja, Kano, or Lagos) to immediately generate leads and secure new business.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet revenue objectives and ensure long-term client retention.
Performance Reporting: Maintain rigorous standards of accountability by preparing and submitting detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Operational Excellence: Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service to our client base.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: B.A., B.Sc., or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in food distribution.
Network (Mandatory): You must possess an existing, active client list within your area of operation to hit the ground running.
