Job Description:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet company goals.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
- Set sales targets and performance metrics.
Team Management:
- Mentor sales agents.
- Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions.
- Foster a positive team culture.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee daily sales operations
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulations
Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Build relationships with clients and partners.
- Expand the company's market presence.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
Salary
