We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager with deep expertise in FX sales, a strong network within Nigeria’s financial ecosystem, and the ability to drive high-value transactions.
  • The preferred candidate will lead a sales team, grow organizational revenue base, and establish relationships that translate into multi-million-dollar FX deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the acquisition of high-volume FX clients across Nigeria (corporate and high-net-worth individuals).
  • Leverage existing industry relationships (banks, corporates, importers, exporters) to close multi-million-dollar transactions.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives — coaching, reviewing performance, and setting revenue targets.
  • Design and execute sales strategies for scaling client acquisition and FX volume.
  • Collaborate with compliance, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FX sales, B2B financial services, or treasury-related roles.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing high-value FX transactions (in the millions of USD).
  • Strong portfolio of clients in industries that rely heavily on FX (import/export, tech, FMCG, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Prior experience in banks, fintechs, or licensed FX companies is a major advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and reporting dashboards.

Salary

N1,200,000 / Month plus Benefits
