We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager with a solid background in automobile sales, capable of leading a team, managing client accounts across B2B, B2C, and B2G channels, and delivering revenue growth through effective execution and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales executives to achieve group and individual sales targets.
• Personally manage high-value clients and strategic accounts.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2C, B2B, and B2G markets.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular team performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ automobile sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong record of achieving and exceeding monthly personalized sales targets.
• Proven expertise in handling corporate, retail, and government clients.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate a high-performing sales team.
