Job Description:
- Our client is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager with 3 to 6 years of real estate or high-value sales experience. This individual will lead the sales team, oversee daily operations, and play a vital role in shaping sales strategy while ensuring a seamless experience for our luxury clientele.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement quarterly and annual sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to refine offerings and positioning.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with overall business strategy.
- Identify new client segments and business development opportunities in Abuja’s luxury market.
- Operational Execution & Sales Team Management
- Supervise and coach sales executives, setting individual and team KPIs to ensure performance.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle — from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and post-sales relationship management.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track pipeline activities, sales forecasts, and reporting.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, legal, and operations to ensure inventory, branding, and processes support the sales strategy.
- Lead regular pipeline reviews and performance evaluations to optimize conversion rates.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and sustain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and institutional buyers.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized experiences aligned with the expectations of luxury real estate clients.
- Represent the brand at high-profile events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, high-value product sales, or business development, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market and luxury client expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategy and manage a sales pipeline end-to-end.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and client service.
