Job Description:

In this role, you aren’t expected to navigate complex insurance closings alone. Instead, you are the "bridge"—your mission is to identify, connect, and introduce potential clients to our expert insurance and health plan solutions. Requirements:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Networking: Identify and introduce potential clients from various sectors, including businesses, schools, residential estates, retail shops, and professional bodies.

  • Targeting: Proactively seek out individuals and organizations that require comprehensive insurance or health plan coverage.

  • Appointment Setting: Focus on booking qualified appointments and secured referrals rather than independent closing.

Relationship Management

  • Outreach: Act as the first point of contact for the brand, maintaining a professional and persuasive "dress culture" that reflects our standards.

  • Follow-Up: Consistently engage with interested prospects to ensure they remain connected to our sales pipeline.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain simple, accurate records of all leads generated and the status of various referrals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: BA/BSc/HND or OND in any discipline.

  • Experience: No prior experience is required—we value energy and potential over a long resume.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Communication: Exceptional people skills and the ability to spark interest in our services.

    • Drive: A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

    • Presentation: A strong "dress culture" and a professional demeanor are essential for representing the company to high-value clients.
