Job Description:
- We are looking for a sharp, high-achieving Sales & Growth Manager to drive our "Esusu" savings and loan platform to the next level.
- This is not a role for the mediocre. We are seeking a professional who balances a polished, sophisticated presence with a relentless, "no-excuses" approach to meeting targets.
- In the fintech space, trust and presentation are paramount. The successful candidate must possess the charisma to command a room and the analytical grit to convert prospects into long-term savers and borrowers.
Core Responsibilities
- Aggressive Growth: Execute strategic sales plans to hit high-volume daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and loan targets.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee client accounts with a focus on retention and maximizing the "Esusu" contribution cycles.
- Market Penetration: Identify and dominate new market clusters (SMEs, corporate cooperatives, and trade unions).
- Brand Excellence: Serve as the elite face of the company, ensuring a flawless professional image that inspires financial confidence.
- Risk Assessment: Work closely with the credit team to ensure that growth does not come at the expense of high default rates.
- Investment: Must have a knack for spotting and closing high-net-worth investors.
Requirements:
- Unmatched Professionalism: You must possess exceptional grooming, poise, and a commanding physical presence. We require a candidate who represents the "gold standard" of our corporate identity.
- Proven Results: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Fintech, Microfinance, or Insurance. If you cannot demonstrate a history of exceeding aggressive quotas, do not apply.
- Strategic Intelligence: Deep understanding of the Nigerian fintech landscape, digital savings products, and traditional thrift (Esusu) dynamics.
- Resilience: The ability to handle high-pressure environments and strict daily reporting lines without faltering.
- Communication: Fluent, persuasive, and sophisticated verbal and written communication skills.
Remuneration
- Salary: N400,000 monthly.
