We are seeking creative and result-driven Sales Executives & Business Relationship Managers to join our Banking & Finance team in Lekki. You will be the face of the institution: responsible for planning high-impact campaigns, identifying emerging market trends, and coordinating events that position our products as the primary choice for our target demographic. Requirements:
1. Campaign Orchestration & Brand Messaging
Strategic Marketing: Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition within the Lekki axis.
Unified Messaging: Ensure all communications are consistent with the institution’s brand identity, maintaining a professional and high-trust image at all times.
Product Launch Coordination: Lead the rollout of new financial products and corporate events, ensuring maximum market visibility and consumer interest.
2. Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis
Research Mastery: Conduct regular market research to identify shifting consumer behaviors, competitor activities, and emerging financial trends.
Segment Targeting: Utilize data-driven insights to identify high-potential client segments and tailor sales approaches to meet their specific financial needs.
Opportunity Mapping: Proactively identify new business opportunities and partnerships that can strengthen the institution’s market presence.
3. Relationship Governance & Revenue Generation
Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients, serving as a trusted advisor for their banking and finance requirements.
Sales Execution: Drive aggressive sales activities to meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
Engagement Engineering: Engage customers through proactive outreach, addressing inquiries and converting prospects into loyal clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Open to various qualifications including BA/BSc/HND, OND, or Professional Certificates. (An interest in Banking/Finance is essential).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or retail business development.
Location: Must reside in or be able to work out of the Agungi/Osapa (Lekki) area.
