Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be a primary driver of sales growth, responsible for building strong client relationships and promoting our premium products and services.

The ideal candidate is a proactive "hunter" who can identify high-potential leads, deliver compelling presentations, and navigate complex negotiations to close high-value deals. Requirements:

Sales Strategy & Lead Generation

  • Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies designed to meet and consistently exceed monthly and annual targets.

  • Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic networking, market research, and cold calling.

  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

Presentation & Negotiation

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.

  • Tailored Proposals: Prepare detailed quotations and proposals that highlight the unique value of our offerings.

  • Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to drive consistent revenue growth for the organization.

Relationship & Performance Management

  • Client Success: Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships by providing exceptional post-sales service and support.

  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics and market trends to the management team.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sales efforts are perfectly aligned with current campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven sales experience with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

    • Strong ability to prepare professional quotations and commercial proposals.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

    • Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

    • Networking: Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional networks within the hospitality or real estate industries.
