Job Description:

Staff Link Express is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive growth and client acquisition in the high-ticket sales landscape. This role is specifically designed for a strategic "closer" who can navigate complex sales cycles, particularly within the Renewable Energy sector. You will be responsible for identifying high-value prospects, presenting technical solutions, and securing long-term contracts that contribute to the company's aggressive revenue targets.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional who thrives on performance-based incentives and has a documented history of hitting high-ticket sales quotas.

Requirements:

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • High-Ticket Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients for renewable energy solutions and other high-value products.

  • Closing & Negotiation: Lead advanced negotiation processes to secure favorable contract terms while maintaining healthy profit margins.

  • Target Management: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

Relationship & CRM Management

  • Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage the sales funnel, and provide accurate revenue forecasting to management.

  • Client Retention: Build and maintain sustainable relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Engagement: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations that highlight value propositions and ROI for clients.

Market Strategy

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends within the renewable energy industry and competitor movements to effectively position our offerings.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and brand messaging.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: * Proven track record in high-ticket sales or renewable energy sales.

    • Demonstrated experience in a target-driven environment where results are the primary metric of success.

  • Technical Proficiency: * Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar tools).

    • Strong ability to leverage digital tools for lead generation and tracking.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Negotiation: Exceptional ability to influence decision-makers and navigate complex objections.
