Job Description:

We are seeking confident, smart, and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our team in support of Spectranet, Nigeria’s leading 4G LTE internet service provider. In this role, you will be the face of high-speed connectivity, responsible for identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies. This is a performance-based role ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a target-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is a "people person" who can articulate technical benefits into daily value for home and business users.

Requirements:

Sales Execution & Growth

  • Direct Sales: Actively sell Spectranet products and internet service plans to both potential and existing clients through various sales channels.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to ensure business growth.

  • Product Education: Clearly and persuasively explain product features, data plans, and hardware benefits to customers to help them make informed decisions.

Relationship Management

  • Client Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Customer Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction during and after the sale.

  • Lead Generation: Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments within your assigned territory.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: OND or S.S.C.E. (Senior Secondary Certificate Examination).

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.

Geographic & Availability Requirements

  • Location: Applicants must live within the job locations or their immediate environs to ensure ease of commute and local market familiarity.

  • Resilience: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
