Job Description:

Are you a high-performing Sales Executive with a passion for luxury real estate? Our fast-growing real estate marketing firm in Ajah is looking for an ambitious professional to drive sales and manage high-net-worth client relationships. Requirements:

  • Property Sales & Marketing: Promote and execute the sale of premium real estate properties to prospective clients and investors.

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate qualified real estate leads through strategic networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Client Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service from initial inquiry to closing.

  • Property Presentations: Conduct professional site inspections and deliver compelling property presentations that highlight value and ROI.

  • Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales KPIs.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities within the Lagos real estate sector.

  • Brand Representation: Act as a professional ambassador for the firm at inspections, activations, and industry events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or real estate marketing.

  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

  • Local Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the property market in Ajah, Lekki, Sangotedo, and Abraham Adesanya is a significant advantage.

  • Drive: Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong desire for financial success.

  • Professionalism: Strong personal branding and a professional appearance.

  • Technical Edge: Real estate experience is a strong plus, but a sharp, goal-driven mindset is essential.

Salary

N300,000 - N500,000 per month.
