Job Description:
Our client is a premier Information Technology Solutions Provider on a mission to dominate the Nigerian and West African enterprise landscape. In the era of rapid digital transformation, corporate entities are no longer just buying "products", they are investing in resilience, scalability, and security. This role is designed for a "Techno-Commercial Strategist", a professional with 2–4 years of experience who can translate complex infrastructure, cloud, and security stacks into compelling business value for C-suite executives.
Your mission is to be the "Architect of Growth." You will be responsible for the entire enterprise sales lifecycle: from discovering the pain points of Tier-1 banks and telcos to negotiating multi-million naira integrated deals (Hardware + Software + Services). If you possess a "Target-Obsessed" mindset and the professional grit to navigate long-term institutional procurement cycles, we want you to drive our market expansion.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Business Development & Discovery
Market Engineering: Identify and penetrate new business opportunities within Financial Services, Telecoms, and Government sectors, aligning our infrastructure and security solutions with their strategic goals.
Consultative Discovery: Conduct deep-dive sessions with clients to understand their existing IT environment—be it legacy servers, storage gaps, or network vulnerabilities—and propose tailored remediation paths.
Pipeline Governance: Maintain a rigorous, data-driven sales pipeline, providing accurate weekly and monthly forecasts to leadership via CRM tools.
2. Integrated Solution Design & Collaboration
Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the "deal captain," collaborating closely with Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to architect winning technical proposals that are both feasible and profitable.
High-Stakes Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional, high-impact product demos and commercial proposals that articulate our competitive edge in Enterprise Storage, Systems, and Network Solutions.
End-to-End Deal Ownership: Lead the journey from initial contact through complex technical evaluations and final contract negotiations to a successful close.
3. Relationship Diplomacy & Account Growth
Institutional Networking: Leverage and expand your existing network within large corporate accounts to secure high-level meetings and long-term service contracts.
Customer-Centric Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring that deployed solutions continue to meet their evolving needs, thereby driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Reporting Excellence: Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM records and produce timely performance reports that highlight wins, losses, and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven sales success in IT or tech-related services. Experience selling Integrated Solutions is mandatory.
Technical Aptitude: Strong foundational knowledge of Enterprise Servers, Storage (SAN/NAS), Networking, and Cybersecurity solutions.
Core Competencies
Negotiation Grit: Exceptional ability to navigate complex commercial terms and close high-value institutional deals.
Strategic Presentation: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools to create professional-grade proposals and executive briefings.
