Job Description:
We are looking for ambitious, target-driven Sales Executives to join our team in Abuja. This is an exciting opportunity to market and sell premium plots and residential properties in one of Nigeria's most vibrant real estate markets. If you are a natural negotiator with a passion for closing deals and a desire to help clients secure their dream properties, we want to help you build your career with us.
Requirements:
Lead Generation & Management: Proactively source new leads and respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email. You will manage your own pipeline from initial contact to final signature.
Site Tours & Presentations: Conduct engaging property presentations and lead potential clients on site tours to showcase the unique value and features of our estate.
Closing Sales: Guide clients through the entire journey, from initial interest to the completion of documentation and the final payment process.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals. You will be responsible for your own productivity and contribution to the estate’s overall growth.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress using our CRM tools.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our estate brand with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
Communication: Must be a confident communicator with superior negotiation and persuasion skills.
Mindset: A self-motivated, results-oriented professional who thrives on hitting and exceeding targets.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of client relationships, and organize your daily schedule for maximum efficiency.
Digital Literacy: Basic computer and smartphone skills are required for lead management and client tracking.
Location: Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate immediately.
Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage, but we are committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidates with the right drive.
