Staffora Global Limited - Our client,  Popville Luxury Homes, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 4 years of trackable sales experience to promote and sell our luxury residential properties.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing high-value property sales, and building strong relationships with clients and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective buyers and investors for Popville Luxury Homes.
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client meetings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years trackable sales experience, preferably in real estate or luxury products.
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset.

Compensation

  • Salary: N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
  • 5% commission,
  • Benefits
  • Special Performance Incentive Funds (SPIF).
