Job Description:
- They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 4 years of trackable sales experience to promote and sell our luxury residential properties.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing high-value property sales, and building strong relationships with clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective buyers and investors for Popville Luxury Homes.
- Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client meetings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years trackable sales experience, preferably in real estate or luxury products.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset.
Compensation
- Salary: N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
- 5% commission,

- Special Performance Incentive Funds (SPIF).
