We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- The Sales Executive supports the Outlet Manager in driving sales by delivering exceptional customer service and managing client relationships.
- The role involves acting as a beauty and lifestyle consultant to walk-in and over-the-phone customers, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and premium shopping experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in and phone customers as a product advisor/consultant.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service at all times.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable products to meet their needs.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of all product categories and brands.
- Listen actively to customers and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Promote new arrivals and demonstrate product benefits.
- Upsell and cross-sell to increase outlet sales.
- Assist with pricing, markdowns, restocking, and general retail tasks.
- Handle customer service issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain store visual merchandising and display standards.
- Utilize promotional events to boost sales.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts.
- Operate PoS systems for sales and transaction processing.
- Support the Outlet Manager with off-shelf displays and stock maintenance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of outlet sales targets
- Customer satisfaction and feedback
- Demonstrated product knowledge and advisory quality
- Contribution to merchandising, displays, and promotional activities
Requirements:
- OND only (This role is strictly for OND holders)
- 1 – 3 years in luxury retail, customer service, cosmetics/beauty retail, or related sales roles
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends
Required Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of product categories and brands
- Good understanding of skin types (for beauty products)
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Teamwork and time management skills
- Basic IT proficiency and phone/telesales skills
- Business acumen and organizational skills
- Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
Salary
Salary expectations should align with the range of N100,000 – N150,000 / month depending on qualificationsApplication Closing Date: 31st December, 2025
