Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Executive with 4+ years of experience to join our team. If you are a strategic thinker who thrives on driving revenue growth and building lasting client partnerships, we want you to help us expand our market footprint. You will manage the full sales cycle, turning leads into long-term business success.
Requirements:
Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, from strategic lead generation and prospecting to successful deal closure.
Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify untapped opportunities for expansion.
Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare high-impact sales proposals, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profitability.
Operational Excellence: Maintain precise records in our CRM, provide actionable performance insights, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
Track Record: A demonstrable history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of influencing decision-makers at all levels.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales (Fintech or Tech sectors are highly valued).
Advanced skills in professional presentation and proposal writing.
Proven ability to work autonomously and perform effectively under pressure.
