Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and results-driven Sales Executive to anchor our commercial expansion on the Lagos Mainland. In the heart of Nigeria’s commercial hub, success is defined by "Conversion Velocity", the ability to identify new opportunities, build trust rapidly, and close deals that drive mutual value. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" who is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to leverage a supportive team environment to achieve uncapped earning potential.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Brand Presence and Sales Target Achievement." You will be the primary voice of our products/services: responsible for growing our client base, nurturing existing accounts, and maintaining high-fidelity records of your sales activities. Whether you are a fresh graduate or an experienced closer, if you possess "Excellent Communication Skills" and a "Hunger for Growth," we want you to drive our market sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Business Development & Acquisition Sovereignty
Market Expansion: Proactively identify and engage new prospects to expand the company’s footprint across the Lagos Mainland.
Product Advocacy: Master our value proposition to effectively present and sell products/services to a diverse range of clients.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales benchmarks to maximize your performance bonuses and commissions.
2. Relationship Architecture & Retention
Customer Diplomacy: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring we are their first choice for service.
Client Nurturing: Engage existing clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, driving "Lifetime Customer Value."
Service Excellence: Act as a professional liaison between the customer and the company to ensure total satisfaction.
3. Sales Intelligence & Activity Governance
Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate and timely reports of all sales activities, leads, and closed deals.
Market Feedback: Provide insights from the field regarding competitor activities and customer needs to help refine our sales strategy.
Strategic Reporting: Utilize data to track your progress against monthly goals and adjust your outreach tactics accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or BSc. Fresh graduates with a high aptitude for sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
Experience: Prior experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory—we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Location: Candidates must be able to operate effectively within the Lagos Mainland axis.
