Job Description:

• Generate new leads and actively seek out potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct site inspections and property tours.
• Maintain a solid understanding of available properties, pricing, and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with clients to support long-term engagement and referrals.
• Follow up on leads and maintain updated records of all client interactions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and closing documents.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidence, persuasion, and professionalism.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet sales targets
• Must be proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
