We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to join a reputable Real Estate Company located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving property sales targets through effective marketing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing client relationships.
• Promote property listings through various online and offline marketing channels.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in real estate sales or property marketing.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent networking and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
