We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and courier services.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic sales reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in logistics, courier, or FMCG.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good knowledge of the Ilorin business environment is an added advantage.
