Job Description:

We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a key player in our expansion, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, cultivating long-term customer relationships, and increasing our market share for premium beverage products within your assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to meet and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities, including distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

  • Market Monitoring: Conduct regular field visits to track product availability, pricing, and visibility, while keeping a pulse on competitor activity.

  • Sales Activation: Execute trade promotions and marketing initiatives to drive product penetration and brand awareness.

  • Market Intelligence: Collect and report actionable market insights, including emerging consumer trends and competitor maneuvers.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit timely, accurate sales and field activity reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in beverage or FMCG sales is required.

  • Skills: Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a focus on relationship management.

  • Territory Management: Proven ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and deliver results.

  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local markets and distribution networks is a significant advantage.

  • Residency: Must currently reside in the location of the role (Port Harcourt, Benin, or Jos).
