Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive from the FMCG sector to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients and channel partners within your assigned territory.
- You will play a key role in achieving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase market share.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Visit customers and prospects regularly to promote products/services and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, promotional events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or territory management (preferably FMCG).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Salary
