Job Description:

  • We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, and expand our presence across retail, wholesale, and online channels.

  • The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, understands consumer behaviour, and can convert leads into loyal customers.

  • You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, meeting sales targets, supporting store or client operations, and representing the brand with professionalism and style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new customers across retail, wholesale, and corporate channels

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on orders, deliveries, and feedback

  • Present products to customers, explaining features, fits, fabrics, and pricing

  • Assist in merchandising, in-store display, and product knowledge sessions where needed

  • Track sales performance, prepare weekly reports, and suggest improvement strategies

  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly

  • Participate in pop-ups, exhibitions, promotional events, and influencer-led activations

  • Work with the marketing team to communicate customer insights and help shape campaigns

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities

  • Promote brand values and ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience may substitute

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (fashion retail, apparel wholesale, or lifestyle brands preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Passion for fashion, trends, fabrics, and styling

  • Ability to work with sales targets and deliver consistently

  • Good customer service skills and a friendly, confident attitude

  • Proficiency using graphics is an added advantage

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments calmly and professionally

Qualifications and Skills:

Nice-to-Have

  • Visual merchandising ability

  • Social selling skills (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp commerce)

  • Experience with wear or luxury fashion
