Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Sales Service Engineer to anchor the regional engine of an International HVAC Leader in Lagos. In the evolving urban landscape of Nigeria, success is defined by "Energy Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize mechanical performance with the clinical precision required for Financial-Based Solutions, account penetration, and long-term customer retention. This role is designed for a "Systems Architect" with an HND or Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years of solution sales experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (troubleshooting complex mechanical systems in mechanical rooms) with the "Consultative Agility" required to design total solutions for high-efficiency buildings.

Requirements:

1. Account Orchestration & Partnership Governance

• Relationship Sovereignty: Develop long-term customer relationships with building owners and consultants, ensuring every partnership acts as a "Source of Mutual Profitability."

• Strategy Architecture: Execute account-specific business plans with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Account Penetration."

• Lead Stewardship: Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and project team members, maintaining the "Source of Conversion Velocity."

2. Technical Resilience & Solution Logic

• Validation Sovereignty: Gather and validate preliminary facility information through walkthroughs and plan reviews, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for system selection.

• Take-off Architecture: Responsible for project take-off, proposal pricing, and the integration of equipment and controls, ensuring the "Source of Financial Accuracy."

• Consultative Stewardship: Answer technical questions on system applications and problem resolution, maintaining the "Source of Technical Authority" for the client.

3. Field Integrity & Professional Power

• Service Sovereignty: Provide on-site troubleshooting and resolution for technical/mechanical systems, acting as the "Source of Field Service Expertise."

• Environment Architecture: Navigate job sites including mechanical rooms and outdoor locations with professional poise, providing the "Source of Site-Specific Solutions."

• Communication Logic: Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to deliver energy-efficient building results, utilizing 5+ years of HVAC experience to optimize the "Source of Strategic Collaboration."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Business.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of robust solution sales experience specifically in HVAC and Control Systems.

• Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license (minimum 12 months) and be prepared for site-based travel in Lagos.

Core Competencies

• Mechanical Grit: Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues with complex mechanical and technical systems.

• Systems Sovereignty: In-depth knowledge of HVAC controls, system application alternatives, and performance-based considerations.
