Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and tech-fluent Sales / Digital Marketer to anchor the growth engine of our operations on Victoria Island. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the lead and the precision of the conversion success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-channel digital campaigns with the clinical precision required for Meta/Google Ads, Content Architecture, and High-Stakes Closing. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" with an OND/HND/B.Sc. and 3+ years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (crafting engaging video and copy) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage CRMs and meet aggressive sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Lead Governance
Inbound Sovereignty: Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook, acting as the primary "Source of Lead Generation."
Ad Architecture: Run and monitor paid ads (Meta and Google Ads) with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for scalable reach.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and CRM data, ensuring the "Source of Client Intelligence" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Content Logic
Content Sovereignty: Create engaging posts and videos to attract and retain customers, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Aesthetic."
Conversion Architecture: Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into paying clients, providing the "Functional Foundation" for a robust revenue stream.
Metric Stewardship: Track reach, engagement, and conversion metrics to optimize strategies, maintaining the "Source of Data-Driven Growth."
3. Operational Integrity & Relationship Power
Client Sovereignty: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value stakeholders, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Loyalty."
Response Architecture: Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries promptly, providing the "Relational Foundation" for elite service delivery.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3+ years of digital sales expertise to resolve funnel bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput" in Victoria Island.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Sales and Digital Marketing.
Location: Must live on the Island (Lagos).
Technical Power: Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic content creation tools (graphics/video).
Attributes: Tech-savvy, able to work independently, and comfortable with digital tools.
