Job Description:
- We are seeking a Sales Development Manager with a proven track record of selling enterprise solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) to drive growth and build strong client relationships.
- The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving enterprise customer acquisition and building a sustainable sales pipeline for OmniOne.
- You will identify high-value prospects, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and position OmniOne’s PaaS solutions as strategic enablers of business growth.
- The ideal candidate understands solution-based enterprise sales and has experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles.
- Drive end-to-end lead generation by researching, identifying, and targeting enterprise prospects.
- Engage C-suite executives and decision-makers to present OmniOne’s PaaS solutions effectively.
- Understand client pain points and tailor solution pitches to meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
- Qualify leads and collaborate with the Solution Deployment team to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives and ensure targeted messaging.
- Partner with product and technology teams to provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Represent OmniOne at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand market presence.
Requirements:
- Experience within technology-driven platforms or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise solution sales, preferably selling PaaS, SaaS, or ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of complex solution-selling methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
