Job Description:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Closer Representative who specializes in converting qualified leads into paying students.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to engage warm leads, handle objections professionally, and successfully close enrollments into our business and tech programs.
  • This role is ideal for someone confident, persuasive, target-driven, and passionate about helping people invest in their growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers
  • Conduct sales calls via phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp
  • Understand prospects’ needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Handle objections and follow up consistently
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and conversions
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer / High-Ticket Sales Representative
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience selling courses, coaching, or digital products (preferred)
  • Ability to work with sales scripts while adapting naturally
  • Result-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working with targets and commissions
  • Reliable internet connection and device
