We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We’re on the hunt for smart, hungry, and ambitious people who are ready to launch their careers in sales and recruitment consulting. No fluff, no politics, just results, rewards, and growth.
• If you’ve got the drive, we’ll give you the tools to become a high-earning recruitment sales consultant at Talenture Group.

Responsibilities
This is a sales-focused, target-driven role, NOT HR or internal recruitment. You’ll be:

• Prospecting and pitching companies (we’ll train you)
• Building relationships with hiring managers
• Sourcing and engaging top talent (even the passive ones)
• Managing the recruitment cycle from first call to offer
• Learning how to close deals and make placements
• Building a strong portfolio of clients

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree with proven academic excellence
• Age 21–29 preferred
• 1+ year experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles
• Smart communicators with energy, drive, and grit
• Self-starters who want to grow their income and impact
• Bold enough to cold-call, confident enough to listen.
