Job Description:

• Engage with customers to deliver a positive, informative, and personalized shopping experience.
• Assist customers in product selection, answer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction with Dang Lifestyle products.
• Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing store environment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, seasonal trends, and brand promotions.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Contribute to social media engagement, customer feedback, and marketing activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (experience in the lifestyle sector is a plus).
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• A passion for lifestyle products and an understanding of current market trends.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
